This is a special shaped Packer Stacker with a flared base. This makes it easier to pull the skin up onto the device and provides a little more weight. It also makes for a very broad base which some may find even more comfortable. The extension length is 3/4" and the OD is 1.36". The inside diameter is the same as the CRT and regular Packer Stackers, 1".
